Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Personalised items

  • Print-on-demand products

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

This complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exempt personalised goods from standard return rights.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Or printed incorrectly

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement or

  • A refund (at our discretion)


What Is Not Considered a Fault

  • Slight colour variation

  • Minor placement differences

  • Wear after washing

  • Incorrect details provided by the customer
